• The app name and page address. For Vocal Check, https://vocal-check.still-coding.cc/en/
• The date, device, and browser
• If it is a microphone error, the sentence on the screen
• The steps that show the problem again

A voice file is not needed. Privacy questions use the same path. The scope is in the privacy policy.
